The Ladder Claw Warranty Policy

Coverage Overview

The Ladder Claw provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the main body and a 1-Year Functional Performance Warranty on the metal securing brackets. These warranties apply to the original purchaser and cover defects in material or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Lifetime Warranty – Body

The body of The Ladder Claw is warranted against cracking, breaking, splitting, or structural failure for the functional life of the product, provided it is used as directed.

1-Year Warranty – Metal Brackets

The metal securing brackets are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against bending, deformation, or structural failure resulting from normal, intended use.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, improper ladder setup, or unsafe climbing practices
• Modifying the product or using it for unintended purposes
• Excessive force, overloading, or using the product as a lever or pry tool
• Accidental or environmental damage (e.g., vehicular impact, fire, extreme heat)

Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

• Email support@theladderclaw.com
• Include a brief description of the issue, proof of purchase, and photos of the product.
• The Ladder Claw may request additional details to verify the claim.

If approved, The Ladder Claw will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component. Replacement of the entire product is not guaranteed unless necessary to uphold performance and safety.

Limitation of Liability

The Ladder Claw shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased through authorized sellers.
